Shipping & Returns Policy

By accepting charge(s) of any product(s) made from Progressive Machine Tools, customers (buyers) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the customer will be considered as material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are void with/without customer acknowledgement. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, with or without prior written notice to the customer(s). Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time before you place an order from Progressive Machine Tools.


Shipping methods         

Progressive Machine Tools uses UPS exclusively for its shipping. Available rates are: Ground, Next Day by 10:00AM, and Next Day by 3:00PM.


Shipping rates

Orders received after 3:00PM Central Time will be processed on the next business day.

Large Items (over 150 lbs.) cannot be shipped via UPS. You may still place your order online but shipping will be added once a shipping rate is determined. Please call 918-665-1000 for a quote on shipping before you place your order.

Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.


        Currently we are unable to ship Kennametal products to addresses outside the state of Oklahoma. Orders to states other than Oklahoma that contain Kennametal products will have those orders modified to remove Kennametal items. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. 



We will accept returns that are in "NEW" condition with all parts packaging. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply depending on the manufacturer.

If an item is defective please let us know as soon as possible

A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number before you return your item. Progressive Machine Tools will not accept returns without an RMA number and materials will be sent back on sender's expense. 

Please call 918-665-1000 to submit your RMA request. You will receive an RMA number and form. Please display the RMA number prominently on your package.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number
Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree to bear risk of loss for the product during return shipment. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted by Progressive Machine Tools.

All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products
The shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping company, not to Progressive Machine Tools, therefore all shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if the wrong product is shipped or a mistake is made by Progressive Machine Tools we will gladly make sure our customers receive the correct products without further shipping charges.

Physical Damages to any product will void the product warranty and eligibility for return
Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered as physically damaging the product and will void the product's warranty. A product cannot be returned under these circumstances.


Typographical Errors

Progressive Machine Tools is not responsible for typographical errors. All typographical errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
